Build is the custom-module service. The diagnosis is on-site and free; scope and price close there. The pilot is built against acceptance criteria signed four-handed. The first invoice goes out only when the pilot meets those criteria; if it doesn't, you owe nothing. Code, data and documentation are 100% yours and handed to your IT at the rollout.
Source is the supplier layer. Data-enrichment over a proprietary database that grows every day, with semantic search by real technical capability and an Applicant Tracking System for proposals: maturity test, technical rubric, NDA, meeting, due diligence, pilot — each stage assisted by an agent.
